Nursery

Childcare Ministry – Birth through Age 5

The nursery is available to all young attenders at Beckwith Hills.  You will be greeted by a loving & caring, volunteer, where they will have activities and Bible stories for your children.
Nursery is available on Sundays during morning worship services, no reservations are required.  All children are welcome.  Any questions with childcare during worship? A greeter will be able to assist you on Sunday Morning before worship.

Well Child Policy

Security

All items belonging to children should be properly labeled. Children must be signed into and out of the nursery. This information will allow us to find the parents if there is an emergency, as well as to convey important instructions to the nursery workers.
For your child’s safety, the childcare providers cannot be responsible for special instructions unless they are in writing and hand-delivered to the Nursery Supervisor or the Director of Children’s Ministries.

Special Instructions and Alerts
Parents should give special instructions or alerts when they drop off a child. Alerts can include allergies, teething problems, and potty-training information. Other instructions, such as how to place a child to sleep or comfort the child, can also be addressed during this time. Please write any special instructions on the sign-in rosters.

  • Labeling: Diaper bags and contents within the bag, such as bottles, sippy cups, and extra clothing, should be labeled outside with the child’s name.
  • What to bring: Disposable diapers, a change of clothing, a bottle, and a sippy cup. Also, any special blanket or toy is welcome (please label).
  • Leave small playthings at home: We keep our nursery as safe as possible by eliminating small items from our rooms, and we ask your help in doing the same. Please leave small toys, jewelry, coins, etc., at home.
